If your spec isn't delivered within 3 business days, or is clearly unusable (e.g. it doesn't describe your idea), email us within 14 days for a full refund. Because the spec is a delivered digital product, we don't refund simply for a change of mind once it's delivered.
Full refund if you cancel before we start the audit, or if we can't complete it (e.g. unsupported stack). Once the report is delivered it is non-refundable. Finding few or no issues, or missing an issue, is not grounds for a refund; the audit is best-effort and not a security guarantee (see Terms).
Refunds never exceed the price paid. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
