ShipReady ("we") offers (a) Idea to MVP Spec ($29): an AI-generated product spec, AI coding-tool prompts and a launch checklist delivered by email; and (b) Launch-Ready Audit ($199): a best-effort, AI-assisted review of your application code for common security, configuration and bug issues, with a written report and suggested fixes.
Deliverables are produced wholly or partly by artificial intelligence. They may contain errors, omissions, insecure suggestions, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and deciding whether to use anything we deliver.
The Launch-Ready Audit is not a penetration test, security certification, compliance assessment (e.g. SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR), or warranty that your application is secure or bug-free. We review only what you provide, within limited time, and will not find every issue. A clean report does not mean your app is safe. You remain solely responsible for the security, legality and operation of your application.
You confirm you have the right to share any code you send. You agree that your code will be transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. Do not send secrets (API keys, passwords, private keys, production credentials, personal data of your users). We do not intentionally store secrets; if any are included, we may delete them and you should rotate them immediately. Customer code is deleted after the audit is delivered.
Services and deliverables are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, security breaches, downtime, or business interruption.
Don't use ShipReady for illegal apps, to attack systems you don't own, or to submit code you lack rights to. We may refuse or cancel any order (with a refund).
